Most wheel nuts on Ford trucks are torqued to 100 ft/llb.

But, whut about my '88 F-150? There must be millions of us older trucks on the road that could use the information.
Oh, here it is in MY owner's manual (index at back of the manual):
5-lug wheels: 100 ft-lbs
8-lug wheels: 140 ft-lbs
My guess is, those numbers apply to years 1987-1996.

Torque specs in the owner's manuals or aftermarket repair manuals are referring to the stock wheels. If using aftermarket wheels, this may differ. Tighten according to the wheel's manufacturer specs.
