You had a bad injector in #4, when you moved it to #2, the missfire moved to #2, so when you put in a rebuilt one there, everything is fixed.

It started out with a ..misfire on #4...switched.. plug,plug wire,coil,new injector..still had misfire..on #4..cleaned maf sensor ,checked for vacuum leak.....then I toke a dowel rod,checked the sound of each injector..and #2 had defference , in sound from the others,...so I changed..#2..with one I had removed ..from #4 earlier....and these was the only time...the code reader showed a misfire on #2...switched out ,#1 & #2..with rebuild injectors
.....and its running great....so I guest if you have to change one injector..change them..all save's Big pain in the A$$
