No offense meant here, but you did start with the basics first - Right?
Have you checked Fuse 111 in the Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel (Power Distribution Box), located under the Right Hand side of the Instrument Panel?
Have you checked Relays R01 (4X4 CCW) and R02 (4X4 CW) in the Auxiliary Relay Box, located in the Engine Compartment on the Left Fender?
