crown vic & grand marque

I recently bought a 90 grand marque w/low milage & body damage pretty cheap. Am I right in thinking that fenders, doors, & a lot of body parts are the same on both models?

Some parts may be.
I would check your local wrecking yard they have an interchange list.

Just a shortie note for 5.0 HO enthusiasts, when changing water pumps, there are differences in 5.0 waterpump shaft length, fan mounting plate bolt/stud measurement, and centerline for fan mounting, that will cause different fan/clutch nightmares when trying to interchange with other vehicle lines. Here are the recent(9/18/11)part numbers from FordParts and Autozone from the three subject Ford/Mercury vehicles I cross checked. Good Luck!
