CHAIN JUMPED couple teeth POSSIBLE?????

hello to all,
well i think i found the problem of my power loss at
highway speed.maybe, timing was way off put the light on it and timing mark on the balancer was about 3 inch above timing tab
wont adjust.i think the timing chain has jump a couple teeth or slipped a little.also is there suppose to be constent vac sucking on vacum advance.cause i hooked another vac line from carb to vacum advance on the highway today top speed was 55mph
going up hills speed slowed to 45 to 35 mph if you floored it acted like transmisson down shifting. had to stop driving today.
also i did a compression test psi on all cyl reading were about 150 psi. the power loss has gotton worst over past couple weeks at first engine would not ping on 93 octane now it is.at idle engine runs smooth no misfires problem only happens at highway speed no power.

You need to connect the advance to ported vacuum. You do not want full vacuum to the advance. The advance should not be pulling full vacuum at idle. Which is probably why your timing is off the scale.
