You still have failed to state how you obtained the 215 reading. If your engine was running that hot there would be tons of steam coming out from under the radiator cap.

Yes, this is a trial by jury. Continuing to fail to provide the required info about the "problem" only makes things worse. If you want help then provide the info needed.
what do you want, a damn video?

Well I do. if the rad fluid is not being refilled and is as green as when it was poured in then YOUR ENGINE IS NOT RUNNIG 215 degrees!

Early falcons do not have an overflow tank...

Early Falcons also require a different style of rad cap then cars with overflow tanks.

has anybody mentioned the temp sending unit on the block yet? it may not be sending the correct signal to the gauge. i know the gauge is reading 215, but i cant believe that the water temp is actually at 215 deg.

and yes, i use water wetter with all my antique cars. i only used distilled water and water wetter since i live in Houston and not much chance of freezing here. cars are garage kept.
the water wetter does lower the operating temp by as much as 20 deg.

and no i was not subpoenaed

Problem is with this guy he is asking for information, with holds info that is needed to make a judgement call, dismisses advice (visit a radiator shop), won't face the reality that his sending unit/gauge are giving false readings, won't face the reality the car can't be running at 215 degrees or there would be steam coming out of the radiator, etc., etc., etc.

After being told every possible situation and possible condition that would cause the engine to run hot he decides he wants some one local to come over and look at the car.

In other words the only thing actually wrong with the car is the current owner?

EVERY possible situation that would make the car run at high temps has been covered at least twice to date, I say let him figure it out on his own because he won't listen to what he is being told.

The gauge and sending unit are giving a false reading.

i just thought of something else along that line....
where is the temp sensor screwed in? is it in the block, intake, radiator, exhaust? normally i only see them suggest putting them into the intake in a crossover, or any jacket where it will be in the middle of the coolant.

also, just because you don't have a heater motor, doesn't mean you don't have a heater core. the heater core also acts as a radiator...

Water temp sensor in the exhuast system? Now I have just about heard everything...

Come on!

About as much sense as someone putting a water temp gauge in a Corvair. (Unless it has the optional coffee maker, LOL!)
