Hiya, one of my requests from the dealer when I purchased my flex was a roof rack with the cross bars ..... I took it back in for the install but was told that the factory install is only for the side rails. No cross bars? Now since the sales lady agreed to provide crossbars too, should I hold them to that even if they must get Thule ones?
Does ford not make cross bars that fit nicely like on my windstar?

My daughter just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe, it comes with the side rails installed, but the cross bars are an option, in the $300 area. Absolutely outrageous!
