If the radiator cap is on the tank I bet you are running a higher psi cap than recommended.

The recommended cap pressure is 16psi. A higher pressure cap is not made.

The Taurus is self bleeding. Often the reservoir is technically referred to as a 'DeGas Bottle".
They are not prone to trapped air as in other makes and models.
Unless the small bleed lines are full of rust....

As long I run the engine I don't have problems.
But if I stop the engine my coolsystem empty itself.
I did drive this morning 60 miles no problems.
My system was full before I left.
When I parked the car steam came from under the hood and the pavement got wet.
I didn't have time to check where it came from but I almost know for sure that the coolant tank busted.
It happend 3x more the last year.
I did flush the coolsystem, replaced the thermostat and replaced the coolant tank 3 times.
Why is it doing this "sometimes"?

You may be leaking from the water pump. A worn water pump is capable of leaking intermittently, sometimes it can be quite a large leak, other times it can stop. The 3.0 (U) Taurus do have rust issues, and this may be part of your problem as well.
To have repeated coolant tank failures, I would suspect fan problems, water flow problems (water pump), or poor quality material being used to produce the tank. What brand of tank did you buy? Generally they will last many years. I have replaced more than twenty, always from the Ford Dealer, and
never had a repeat failure.
