o3 Superduty 5.4ltr.

Last summer when I tried my AC for the first time , I found that the blower works but it dont blow cold air .What could the problem possibly be ? It was recharged the year before ,and it worked,but really wasnt that cold .Now it doesnt cool. Any ideas,and what would it probably cost to fix ??? --Mike

Could be a number of problems. Guess the first thing to check would be the compressor. With the engine running and the A/C on, does the compressor clutch engage? If not, could be low on freon again. Would have to have the pressures checked. If it does engage, could be a temp blend door actuator. That is in the passenger compartment, under the dash. There are so many reasons for the a/c to not work, we really need a little more info.
