Jonzo - Is that your Fairmont at license to cruise? As far as the coil springs go, I am 99.9% sure you have the small block springs, HOWEVER, I put new V6 with air springs in my Fairmont and it sat high all summer and gradually softened up and came down to a decent ride height at the end of summer. It took some time and some guys I talked to said it is normal for the new springs to take time to "relax". It was VERY stiff for awhile and now it's not too bad. Any other questions, holler. Still haven't sold mine yet. Decided to order the carpet and have the seats redone this winter. Car will be done then. Talk to you soon................ Jade.
