Not much you can do but either buy the odometer gears or just send you unit to get it repaired.
I sent mine to Southern Electronics and the did a fine job for less than 200.00

Is it a digital or analog dash?
I'm wondering if there can be a cable that is sticking that needs to be lubed or replaced that is causing a problem with the gears, in that two clusters have failed.

My daughter's Mustang had the same problem. If you Google it, chances are they will show the repair procedure. There are good aftermarket companies that will supply new gears. I got mine from Caplan Odometer Gears out of Virginia.

Doorman makes them, you just need to tell them what the mileage is.
