It's time to renew my Sirius satellite radio. I like it and I listen a couple times a week. But is it worth $160.00 a year? I really hate to pay that bill. Seriously... is there any way to get a discount?

You can call and haggle with them. If not buy some CD's and have a better mix of music.

Call and haggle with them. Tell them you have a friend who renewed and pays LESS than you do.

Personally when I had Sirius I thought the sound quality was worse than Radio, big reason why I canceled it plus the customer service was horrible.

I just looked at my Junk folder and I got an offer to come back to Sirius for $20 for the first 5 months and then $12.95 a month after that. If I got an offer like that you should also be able to get the same offer.

You could try a multi year or a lifetime plan. Sure it will cost you more now but you might save more in the long run instead of renewing every single year.
And yeah, I do agree about their sound quality. I got mine with the lifetime deal about a year before they merged with XM. I think the sound quality and the content was better before the merger.
