Is it possible to install Sync in a 2010 Ford Escape? I bought the car in May 2011 and it didn't come with it at all and would love to have it!

Anything is possible, however the sync is a very in depth system. On the 2011 it is integrated into the speedometer cluster and has a different steering wheel control setup along with a complete different dash.

Best bet is to trade in or sell the 2010 for a 2011 model.

Ford did not offer a Sync upgrade after the fact except for certain 2009 Model year vehicles.

We sell Parrot Bluetooth kits with T-harnesses that integrate into the factory audio system, and have found it is the closest thing to Sync.
