I tow with my F 150 and I'm looking to replace the tires. High gas mileage is my interest. Any tips?

We had a F150 5.4 used primarily for towing for 4 years. We had Bridgestone revo 2s 10 ply LTs on this truck, found them satisfactory but would not purchase again for towing. We currently have a F350 used primarily for towing, using the Continental Contracs LT 10 ply that came on the truck seem ok for mileage, steering and handling but very poor on ice even for an all season. We will be purchasing a set of 10 ply michelin ltx ms 2s all season for our next set as they seem to be much better rated on ice for an all season tire, downside is they are a bit pricey.
