I got a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria LX that I had to take out the ignition switch because of the switches problems. I then used the screwdriver to start it but nothing. Turns over but no start . Fuel Pump Assembly was replaced by the way

    Welcome to the FFO!

My guess is the ignition system or the electronic engine controls are not getting power. You have removed the ignition switch. It may be possible to operate the vehicle via the ignition switch connector. It becomes a it complicated and I would suggest an EVTM manual.
