I have a 2006 Ford Freestar and the driver side vents aren't as cold as the passenger side vents with the a/c on. Already change the driver side blend door actuator motor and the rear a/c works fine. I also unplugged the dual zone control panel and reconnected. I have the control with 2 knobs to control the driver and passenger side. What else can I do?

Thanks for the response. I read this and am going to get the a/c charged. It mostly happens on hot days and I noticed it started last summer when the a/c compressor had to be removed to replace a gasket. It was recharged but takes long to get cold on the driver side and using the rear a/c speeds it up.
