My 2010 Focus will not move when first put into drive. After a couple of minutes, the abs, Trac control, and brake warning lights are illuminated on the dash. The car will then run fine until the car is shut off. Then when you restart it, I have to go through the process all over again. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the FFO!

To clarify, does the car move when in hear after the lights come on? Or it never moves?

What part of the planet are you located? (Or complete your profile)

How many miles on the vehicle?

To make the diagnosis easier there are codes that can be pulled to direct you to the concern. You would want to pulled those ABS codes before doing anything else. Otherwise it is a parts guess.

Northeast generally equals snow and SALT. Are the ABS tone rings badly corroded? Ditto what Action said and get the ABS codes read. Check the ABS sensors and their connections as well.
