    Hi,guys.
I found my expedition 2017 platinum's rims are 20" size, but in the web it was said that the size should be 22", I don't know if it is normal. Any one could tell me about it ? Thanks!

    Welcome to he FFO!

With the buying public demand paying for larger and larger rim diameters Ford has made those available as a stock choice. While 10 years older I have a 2006 Navigator. In that year there was 2 rim diameter choices from the factory with the spare a third size.

Looking at Ford.com the rim diameter for your vehicle states 22". http://www.ford.com/suvs/expedition/2017/?gnav=header-all-vehicles

    Did you buy it new?
If so what does the invoice show for rims?

King Ranch & Limited has 20" standard and optional 22".
XLT has 18" and 20" wheels.
    Platinum only has 22" wheels.

I have found that in Canada, platinum trim is standard with 20" ,different from US.
    Thank you !

Didn't know you were in Canada. You have not completed your profile with a location. There are many here from outside of the US.

NOTE: A change in the wheel diameter/tires may require a recalibration of the engine control computer, i.e. reprogramming. Don't know about Canada, eh!
added note: I am not making fun of my Canadian friends. I go up there a couple of times a year to fish and enjoy some Molsons and have a number of close Canadian friends.

Thanks for your reminding. You are quite right!
In fact, I like 20" prefer than 22" although that larger rims looked more luxury. Because I think the 275 55/r20 tires should be little cheaper than 275 45/r22 and will be more comfortable.

    Thanks for updating your profile.

I would agree. 20" will be less expensive. May even ride better because they are wider based on the size you posted.
