Hey guys I got a 95 E350. The speedometer is bouncy and won't go higher than 30 mph causing the trans to have shift problems. The abs light is on also. I changed the vss already and the psom has been tested. What other factors are there?

Sounds like the vehicle speed sensor, not sure exactly where is located on the Econoline, but my daughter's Neon had that problem and replaced it myself. I know it attaches to the transmission.
