In the pursuit of bringing an old ride back to life or just giving new life to that same ride, one has to get replacement parts. That may not be the easiest task as these vehicles get older. Listed below are sources for automotive parts mainly focused on the post war to pre-1980 Ford Lincoln Mercury vehicles. Since this is a list I personally use for my classic rides there are some sources that have a specific Lincoln niche. (I have 2 that are pre-1980) This list is current as of 2017 and like all business is subject to change without notice. If you are looking for parts on your FLM ride that is newer than 1980, what is listed below isn't the best source.

Many of the sources listed here I have used at some point. Some I have not and I found them with the intent to use in the future because of what they have to offer. And consider all sources to be used at your own risk.

Hopefully you will have a good experience and get that ride on the road or running just a little bit better than it did yesterday.

Great thread. How about making this a "sticky" and what are your thoughts on others; e.g., respected sellers on ebay and/or I've often sourced good parts from amazon?

The thread is not stuck. (If that is the correct term) Yes I have sourced parts from amazon. And a pile of sellers on e-bay. Feel free to post those if you will. Many of those may be private. The only issue I have with private (and I am one of those) is a private guy may not be around for long term.

OK. By "sticky" I meant the thread will be "pinned" to stay at the top of this section, which it appears to be now and maybe I missed it beforw.
