01' Excursion 7.3 diesel

Problem first started during drive time. Engine will cut out and three lights on the
Instrument panel comes on. The water in fuel light, the wait to start and last but not least the service engine light. I have replace the FIDM because of the code that was being thrown. This did not fix the problem though. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
