No I replaced the pressure sensor
Which is located in the line by the tank, I also disconnected the sensor and the reading is still the same, could it be a ecm? Also noticed that the fuel filler neck makes a lot of noise like if something is plugged

Welcome to the FFO!

There is more to a code than a sensor or actuator.
The wiring and connectors are also part of the sensor system
The code is generated when the voltage to the ECM is too high
As pressure in the EVAP purge line increases the voltage increases. The ECM then opens the purge line under most running conditions. If that does not bring down the pressure (voltage) there is some other issue that need to be addressed. So there can be other pressure issues

What is highly likely not the problem is the ECM.

Thanks for posting back with your fix.
Many times this does not happen and years later someone does a search and comes across an old thread. And the solution was not posted and no one knows the out come.

Again thanks!!!
