I just figured out how to add my location. I would really like a 3 on the tree set up but I can piece it together if someone has a parts car.

For 3 speed transmission, you would have to change out the steering column. In addition to the transmission, linkage and pedals.

I saw your location. Things that I find around here are not going to help much. Shipping will hurt a lot for those kinds of items. A parts car or donor car would be the best situation for all of that work.
