2003 F350 Diesel AC quits at idle or slow driving

AC works perfect at highway speed, and works perfect in the morning. The problem is as the day heats up, it blows hot air at idle or slow driving. I checked the freon level and it is perfect. I can get the compressor to kick back on by revving the engine, but the clutch engages pretty "hard". Any ideas?

Check the air gap on the AC clutch. (.015")
The condenser may be blocked with debris causing it to overheat. Blow it out with air or a garden hose.
The temp/pressure sensor attached to the AC line may be out of spec or it actually is getting hot/over-pressure.
