I have a 2004 F150 supercrew that I changed both front rotors and brake pads. Now when I first use the brakes the grind like the ABS is trying to engage. After 5-20 minutes they stop and the ABS light comes on.

Just a thought, but does it have 4 wheel abs and if so, did the rotors have the trigger wheels for the abs sensors? If not, this would cause it to go into abs mode when braking and then turn on the abs light when it did not detect front speed senors.
