Where or what do I need to do go figure out this dual climate control? Is there an adjustment setting to set the passenger side cooler? I began to notice this side is about 5 degrees (if not more) warmer then the driver side (thank god it's not the drive side ) How can I figure this out?

You could always find a heater hose to "pinch". If you experience cooler temps, then the blend door may be showing early signs of failure.

However, before you go crazy with the blend door diagnostics, you might do well to consider that your HVAC system could be slightly low on refrigerant. Since the left and right portions of the dash air delivery come from different areas of the evaporator, often a slightly undercharged system will exhibit uneven temperatures. Your system may be only 2-3 oz low.

Actually Ford's spec allows up to a 10 degree variance to be in the normal range. There is however a valve out under the hood that directs the coolant used to blend the temps so you can have differing settings side to side. That could be a little stuck or sticking. They are known for those issues.
