You have an advantage sitting in the cab of your truck that we lose via video, and that is sound location. For now, I'm assuming the sound emanates from where you've pointed the camera -- from within the center of the dash.

Let me hazard this guess ..... this is happening just one time early in the drive as the vehicle is warming up?

Blend door actuator is my suspicion.
