I have an 2001 ford f-150 truck and fuse # 15- the 5A (amp) keeps
blowing out. This causes my windshield wipers, power windows, can't shift out of park, and inside lights not to work. Brake lights and everything else is working fine.............can someone help me out ?

that fuse gives constant power to the GEM. the GEM controls driver side window, wipers, courtesy lamps, etc. that fuse also connects to the brake switch.

disconnect the brake switch (the connector with the WT/YE wire)

and see if the fuse blows. if so, leave disconnected and disconnect the GEM. see if the fuse blows.
