The OP may be from down under as well.
However the OP has not completed the profile with location.
Which sometimes is an issue not knowing location in rendering help.

so im gona wait on the sun visor for now.
looking at just getting it back on the road. then body work and paint.
from there i'll see what i can do on the carpet and seats. i will most likely have to redo the seats from ground up.
find some new seat springs and get some seat foam and then the fun task of making the seat covers.

Carpet will go a long way to making the interior quieter and inviting to others.

Here is a kit and was the first thing I saw for 4 door Falcon with column shift. Couple hundred dollars. Two to three hundred seems to be the going price.

If you want you can add sound deadening. Hush mat would be the Lincoln of that type of thing. There are all kinds of sprays, foams and mats one can use that are not as expensive. Not only keeps the sound down it insulates the vehicle as well. If you have AC it may not be that critical. But can help in extreme cold or heat. (I live in Phoenix, we need all the help we can get.)

i live in arkansas so it would help on the dirt roads and the mild cold winters. AC what is that??

o.. that was that big bulky thing attached to the side of the motor that robed horsepower. my didn't come with that but it was the first thing i took off my impala when i got it back in the day and just about all my other cars i ever had until i got married and she wanted to stay cool in the summer.

so im driving my falcon for the first time tomorrow in so time.
i replaced all of the suspension and bushings a-arms and tie rods.
so i call some local shops to get it aligned. 90% the response i get is "we don't have them specs in the computer for that old of a model" "we guess it will cost about 100.00 give or take"

so yall know where on this form i can get some info to do this my self at the house?

so i just talked to another shop he said look up the string method. that way looks EZ but to set the camber do know how with out some kind of special tool or something.
do yall think the camber is as important?
i found out the the front needs a 1/8" toe-in and .25 deg camber.

The string method can be fairly accurate for toe in

Caster and camber not really.

If caster and camber are being adjusted, toe in adjustment would be the last one to make.
Caster changes how the vehicle steers and turns
Camber change how the vehicle steers and impacts tire wear
Toe in change how the vehicle steers and turns and impacts tire wear

easy to do camber- degrees from perpendicular. caster is the change in camber as the wheel turns l-r difficult to adjust without special tool. caster is what makes the wheels return to straight when you let go of the steering wheel
