99 E-350 20 passenger mini bus with add on aux air,low side 55 high side 275 vent temp 68 aux temp67 at idle outside temp 94 degrees. Not as cool as I would like it to be but its really humid here.

aprox 2300-2500 low 30 high 400 vent temp 72 aux temp 68

I have recovered all the freon pulled 15 minute vacuum and recharged the system(added dye for good measure)

I really cant set up gauges and drive it on the interstate and its a pain to get someone to drive with since a round trip is 30 plus minutes.I am not sure if the aux ac starts to blow warm but the front is warn didnt have thermostat on 1st road trip.

I was just wanting to bounce this off you guys and see what ideas you have.

not familiar with your system, but did you check the evaporator core for either dust or icing up or both? im no ac specialist but mabey your orifice tube is bad. That would give you a low pressure on the low side.
hope this helps

55 degrees is too high for low side pressure

I assume this is at idle.

400 is too high for high side pressure. Check it at 1500 rpm and report back.

2300-2500 rpm I can get the figures at 1500 tho.I guessed the way the engine rpm sounded at interstate speed.

at idle 55/275

I'm not like 'in the high side either. The problem with raising the idle up is that the fan clutch may not pull enough air to keep up. How about a big shop fan up in front for testing?
The condenser may be plugged with debris. With 2 evaporators the condenser is already at a disadvantage.

I"ve never seen a low side above 50 at idle

but that doesn't mean it won't cool, but it is indicative of a problem.

However, I am interested in seeing why the high side is so high. I've got the same problem, but I think mine is overcharged. My low side is 28 at about 2000 rpm. High is 300 ... a little to high (90 ambient temp)
