I recently installed a 97 DOHC Cobra engine into a 92 Mustang. I used all the factory wiring harness(including cluster and PATS module). The security(PATS) is active and won't deactivate. A quick history-I already put this motor pacakge into another body(piece of junk) and had it all working(ran and drove fine)-pulled everything out and installed into current body,now it won't start. Ran a code test on PATS and got a code 1-6. I think I could have a problem W/communication of transponder to module. Any help would great. Thanks in advance!!!

what engine did the 92 originally have?

Was installing the RF reciever by the ign key part of the swap? If so it my be damaged or out of range.Try holding the extra key next to it while trying to start.
