I have a 2005 ford 500 if it sits for more than a day the battery will drain this is a new battery. does anyone else have this problem

How old is the battery? What are temps like where you live? Also, do you happen to have an aftermarket stereo that you can plug an iPod etc into? That can create a parasitic drain, what about something plugged into the cigarette lighter or 12v port?
