My check engine light came on a few months ago and gave the code p0401 (little flow in EGR system)

I changed the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid and I reset the light by disconnecting the battery--but a few days later the light came back on and the car is a bit shaky when idle---what is the problem?? My inspection expires this month and I dont know what to do!!? Is there a pressure sensor? Blockage? Thanks!

PS I have a 2002 Mustang with v6 engine with about 118k miles!!

DPFE EGR valve hoses are damaged, leaking or restricted
DPFE EGR valve hoses may be reversed at the sensor
EGR valve connector is damaged, loose or shorted
