Hey guy's,

Just picked up a 1991 ford probe for 150 dollars on craigslist. Guy say's the it needs a head gasket. Im not so sure, seems it should still run or try to fire. Ive got excellent spark but no life at all. I think its feul delivery probs. Dissconected line after the canister and fuel squirts out , but i swear theres no fuel getting to any cylinder. What do I check to ensure that feul is in fact being delivered to the cylinders. Spark + fuel = fire and i have no fire so its fuel probs right?:incazzato:They dont come any dumbber than me when it comes to electrical testing or trouble shooting, so please keep it simple if possable. Thanks, edspeere:confused5:

That's confusing but I think I understand.....you HAVE spark but no fuel....right??
Spray carb cleaner, brake cleaner or anything combustible into the throttle body to see if it tries to run.
Do a compression test for the head suspected head gasket.....

As you do a compression test on each cylinder. Look @ the plug to see it's conditions..
