I love it, most people think diff's are a mystery and that was super simple.

i never knew how they worked. i mean i knew how the ring and pinion worked, but how does a limited slip Posi work?

Here are some links that explain how limited slips work - most oem's just add a clutch to the side gears and spring load them to slip at a pre defined torque - usually about a hundred LB/FT.

These are not of the calibre of the 1937 film.
