CVT transmission 1 or 2 filters

I followed the Alldata info at the library to change my 2006 CVT fluid and filter. When I went to ford, they had the filter, pan gasket, and fluid that I purchased. BUT the filter was only the PAN filter, NOT the high pressure that FORD said did not show for my VIN (but was in the AllData database). I assume the High pressure if for the AWD? and not my FWD? Anyone disagree that I have both for my FWD?

Secondly the information is confusing on how much fluid, as it does not state if the measurement is done with the engine IDLEing or OFF (yes the temperature should be Hot). Anyone know if you should have the car on like typical Transmission measurements of the past? Or turn the vehicle off? Thanks
