2020 Ford Ecosport, while playing music through bluetooth from phone, radio stations will change on own? Any help? Sync is updated and master reset has been done.

Yes, checked for update and found no update available. Says sync software up to date. Issue only happens if playing music through bluetooth from phone, buttons lock up on radio and the only way to resolve is to push buttons on steering wheel and then radio will operate normally.

Just chatted with Ford and they were no help! I had already done everything they said to do. Now time to blow the car up! LOL

Not sure if this will help. Disconnect the car battery for 30 to 60 minutes. May reset the system like resetting a computer.
Know that doing this will reset some other things like the engine controls to name one. And the engine controls "learns" what is normal for sensors and how the vehicle is driven.
