Hello thanks for letting me join I need a part# for a pcm 16 explorer sport I got a stuck throttle with 5.12 v I cant get any validation threw all of the programming I want to go OEM parts any HELP would be grea Was

Welcome to the FFO!

To get the part number for the PCM, you have to know application. That is done with a calibration code. I believe the code is listed on the warranty sticker on the door jamb. (Has the VIN on it) Post a picture and I will show you the calibration code.

Nots sure what this means, "got a stuck throttle with 5.12 v "
If this is a voltage reading, know that the operating voltage for the electronic engine controls is 5 volts.

With all of that said it is highly likely the PCM is good and what ever issue you are having is caused by something else.
