I want to add power door locks to my Econoline and found some sliding door van contacts at the local junkyard. Only thing is that I could not remove them from the van. The screws that lock them down are circular shaped but I could not find any tool that would turn them. Tried allen key and torx also.
Does anyone know how to take them out of the van? or do I need to drill them out? Thanks.

The van I have is a 1997 E-250. The one at the junkyard is a 1998 model E-150. I think most likely 1992 to even current model years share the same body and even same part. I checked at the dealer and it costs $150 for the set. Aftermarket ones are cheap although I would need to modify the mounting hole in order to fit them. Therefore I am going to try to get it from the junkyard before considering the aftermarkets.
