There is one thing missing from the american lineup...
I got it!!! we NEED another Bronco! the original bad ass truck that can still take on a landrover...

but if ford does it, i wouldn't want it to be retro. i would prefer it to just be. it's not like they can't use the F-series for a platform again. so i have an idea. make a 2010 F150, shorten the frame by like 6 inches, put a smaller box on it, put a bed cap on it, and we can shape it from there...

who's with me?!?!?!

Yeah, but in addition I would love to see them redesign the drive line similar to the real Hummer. Man you can look under one of those baby's and see for miles. No front and rear diffs to block your view, or get hung up on rocks or in mud.

Dude, I'd love to help ya, but....one teenie tiny glitch.....don't think FoMoCo is very happy with me, could possibly be the Bizilllllllion letters, emails, petitions, et cetra I keep sending them to bring back the Windstar, NOT the Freestar, the Windstar, the Mommy Truck!

Nothing quite like that bay girl can hold 18 drunken teenagers, 12 skateboards, 3 dogs, 2 mountain bikes, 1 designated driver - Mommy and still look good the next morning....

that's ok. i don't think they care much for me after I kept calling them idiots for dropping the 302/5.0 for the 4.6L. that engine was in production for 47 years! If it ain't broken, why fix it?

also, the 302 was just like all ford engines during the time... they ALL shared the same parts. need a starter for a 460? no problem, take one from the 200 inline 6. need a 2150 carb for your 428? that's cool. take one from a 289. need an FMX? I'll just pick up a c6, it was better anyways...

Hey Jon, Landrover is owned by Ford. Hence the switch to the oval land rover symbol.

WHOOPS ! My bad, In march 2000, the company was sold by BMW to the Ford Motor Company, becoming part of their Premier Automotive Group. In March 2008, Ford sold its Jaguar and Land Rover operations to Tata Motors.

but i do agree with you, they need to bring back the 1966-1975's size, this time put a diesel option or a 460 option! (oh yea also standard lockers front and rear)

Below is my 78 bronco, underneath the mud is a very nice paint job. And under that is a hood which hides a bored out 460 (473ci). Not bad for $500 eh?

I had an 85 and an 86 and they were a fun truckcar. Very balanced on the road and where it counts, the Mud!! A decent set of tires and it would go anywhere.

true. i sold mine to my uncle, his neighbor backed into it with his 91 chevy, and put a BIG dent in the side, shattered both rear window, and right side window. he put a 75 mustang 2 Body on the frame, and now we have the 7585 Musco 5.8W...
