Stabiliy and Air Bag lights stay on

I just purchased a new 2010 Escape limited 4wd with 302A package. At approx 280 miles both Stability and Air Bag lights came on and w/n go out until the vehicle sat all night. Took the car to the dealer and they couldn't find anything. My wife drove approx 22 miles on the way home and no issues. About 20 minutes later we went to the store and both lights came on again and w/n go out. Drove to the dealer so the salesman could verify the problem and left the vehicle there.

Does anyone know if there is a sensor in the back seats? I ask this because my daughter was setting in the left reaar seat both times this happened. Twice there has been someone in the left rear seat and no problems.
