is there a way to make subforums for all the How-To's, References, etc.

the engine drivetrain forum had only one help request on the first page the rest were defs, how-to etc

We will figure out a better way to organize our posts. However, once the forums gets settled in, you will not see the front pages of forums plastered with how-to's, reference or definition posts.

the problem at this point in time is the fact that the site is so new that there are few help requests.

By posting howtos, it builds content for the google bots to find. and index. Content will raise our standing with the search bots.
