I would like to know where the vss is located on an auto trans in a 1999 Esort wagon. Speedo doesn't work and the sensor is suppose to be the problem.

The VSS is located on the trans axle near the cv shafts where they come out of the trans and go the front wheels. You need to go under the car to see it.
