My 2017 Fusion 1.5L needs maintenance and I ordered every product on this page to flush everything and take it to a local place since the dealer wants too much money

2017 FORD FUSION recommended synthetic oil and filter

also going to change all tires, I have an alignment issue from a crash and they could never fix it and after time the tires wear quickly on the sides of the front tires, I had it aligned 3 times already and am stuck with this issue, but gotta keep the vehicle for now.

Welcome to the FFO!

Not exactly my Fusion (my mother in law has a 2010) and I will be doing a general check over for a 600 mile trip next week.
All of that servicing you mentioned can be done by you.
I do my own and find that it is less money, better done and usually I find other thinks that maybe a tech would not find or even tell me about. Plus I use Motorcraft filters which are better than some local place.
The down side is it does take effort and it takes me longer than a paid professional to get the job done.

As for Amsoil, I have not found the added cost justifies the benefit especially since I change oil and filter twice a year
