Hey there Mark,

I have days where I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached, so don't take this the wrong way, but you did have the key in the "ON" position when you tested both the Blower Motor and Blower Motor Switch Connectors?

Did you check/test the Blower Motor Relay?

I am attaching the AC/Heater Wiring Diagram for a 1989 E350.

The Blower Motor Relay is mounted near the starter solenoid (see attached diagram).
