rear ac on 2002 expedition xlt not blowing cold air. lines going to blend door box are cold on bottom and warm on top. actuator gears not broken inside. no sound or movement from actuator(on the side/not the one on top)

From your description I assume there is a door (blend air) not working, however I am not familar with the system.
